Why Us?

Probably the best way to describe our holidays is flexible tours. This means that our customers can choose which places to visit by combining different extensions and excursions, and which hotels to stay in. You can also take two or more of our tours back-to-back, creating a longer, multi-country holiday.

We get a wide range of people taking our holidays, with probably the largest group being couples aged in their forties to sixties, or even older. However, we also have a large number of customers in their 20s and 30s, especially for some of the more active holidays. What unites everyone is a sense of curiosity and a desire to discover new cultures, landscapes and wildlife.

Although most of our customers travel with friends or family, we also have quite a few single travellers who are happy to mix and match. However, if you prefer to be with the same group of people throughout your holiday, perhaps a more traditional group tour operator would suit you better.

As well as finding people their ideal holiday, we arrange all the extras like car hire, transfers and insurance. There’s foreign exchange bureaus in our branches across the UK, where you can pick up commission free currency before you set off on holiday.

Our prices really are lower – guaranteed. Because of the way we work, our costs are lower and so are our prices. We check our prices regularly to make sure they are the best. If, when you book, you find the holiday you want available at a better price elsewhere, let us know. As long as the travel are genuinely comparable, we will reduce our price to beat the other one.

Speak to someone who’s been there. We have travelled to all our destinations, so wherever you want to go, you can speak to someone who has up-to-date knowledge of the place.

Choose exactly the tour you want. Forming a tour exclusively for you, we take into account all the necessary criteria that are significant for you. During your tour, you can also change it by simply informing us of your wishes to visit the places you want to see, however this is stipulated in advance. Just let us know about your demands.

We look after you, no matter what. Most tours go according to plan, but sometimes you can run into the unexpected. Whether it’s volcanic ash, a strike or something similar, we will be there to sort it out for you.
